I’m David Woodworth.

This site is a notebook. I use it to record decisions before I know how they turn out: what I chose, what else I considered, how confident I was, and what I expected to happen. Later I come back and write down what actually happened, and what I should have seen.

Most of the notebook is private. What appears here is the part that seemed worth sharing: short thoughts, occasional essays, and some decisions, reviewed and unreviewed.

The subjects are mostly judgment, business, AI, art and life.

The writing here is mine and doesn’t speak for any company I’m involved with.
